Anyone running the Dick Cepek radial Crusher?
I posted this question in the f150 forum and thought I'd ask it here also.
My son is looking at this tire for his f150 supercrew 4x4. Just wondering if anyone has them & what they think of them? What kind of ride on the highway? How are they in off-road? Over all what do you think/ He's still a kid and likes the skull and crossbones on them! It is a cool looking tire though! Thanks for any replies.

When it came down to a tire choice I was looking for a sweet show tire and it came between the Dick Cepek Crushers and the Nitto Dune Grapplers... I too was wondering what kind of reviews the Crushers were getting. But I bought the Dune Grapplers anyway and so far am pretty happy with them. Not expecting many miles out of them though and I haven't had the privilege of driving through a big rain storm with them yet (they don't have any water grooves).

Well if they are anything like the Terra Grapplers, they will be a good tire. I love mine! But I guess it does not matter now. He went ahead and ordered them yesterday. He also ordered the DC-1 polished rims too. Quess I'll be the one to anwser my questions. I'll post with a pic after he gets them.

Well mine aren't the DC-1's but they look exactly the same. When I bought mine Dick Cepek didn't have them out yet. Mine are Ion Wheels. They are only different by the outer lip. I just bought another rim for a spare and the guys at mike's off-raod thought they were the DC-1. His should be in Friday, so I'll post some pic in my gallery. I haven't had time to add his truck yet so something to do this weekend.

Well they came in yesterday. We went last night and had them put on. They look good. Made the truck look alot meaner, more aggressive. Before it looked like an old mans 4x4.There is no rubbing as he went with a 285/70/17R and rims are 17x9. As for the ride they ride nice. They do have a low hum to them on the highway, But not so bad as I have heard on other truck going down the highway. While driving in the parking lot, you can feel a slight bump in them. Only got about 70 miles on them last night, so I post again after we drive it some more. I'll post some pic this weekend, as he wants to clean it up first for an albulm.
