What kind of miles can you expect out of your trucks? What would i be looking at replacing soon on a truck with 190k on it? Would it get better than my 6.9L i avg 13.7 in it. Its a 97 psd ext cab auto. Cars For Sale: Car Details - AutoTrader.com

anything can go wrong at 190k......lol
but seriously, worse case, injector o-rings, turbo (if dusted) transmission; and for other systems- anything could potentialy go bad such as alternators and water pumps. but if the truck was well maintained through its work life i would not hesitate over it due to the miles.
my 97 powerstroke with 247k gets 18-20 mpg. its an extended cab longbed lifted with 35's on it. someguys get over 20 with theirs but i hover in that area

Bought mine with 165k and it's at 205 now. In the last year I've replaced the glow plug relay, rear axle seals, starter, alternator and fuel pump. I need new glow plugs and the transmission occasionaly shifts strange in one gear or another so maybe that's coming too. And I'll keep fixing it. It's worth it.
