This was brought up earlier,and I think it would be a great place for a G2G. I sent a PM to Karl (fastmover), the leader of the NorCal chapter and he posted it in their forum so hopefully some of our NorCal FTE brethren will join us for a joint G2G.

This would be a great place to meet. The show is going to be awesome. Pat Ford will be there a long with some of the top truck vendors in the industry. Just so you know there is a $10 car load price to enter the park.

 

Seems like fun to me, little bit of a drive but hey... what can ya do =_P

 

Sounds like it might be a good time. I will try to get down there with the family.

As it gets closer, I'll let you all know whether or not I'll (we'll) be there! We have a trip to Santa Barbara over Memorial Day weekend. It's our daughter's 25th birthday, and we are going up to visit her and do the Chalk Festival. Bad part is Carpinteria was booked, so I couldn't tow my TT and stay there. We're roughing it at a hotel in Goleta, instead.

I wish I could make the Beach Cruise of friday too.

 

I'll be jetting over from Australia for the event. I am looking forward to meeting lots of F100 owners during the event. Ed is trying to hook me up with a ride on the Friday beach cruise.Aussie 53

 

Lousy web site! Still haven't figured out where the show is going to be at. Might be at the RV park, might be at some place called John's Force Station, might be at some place where the gates open at 8am but I can't seem to find an address for where the actual show is going to be!! arrrrh!!!! I get the cruise on Friday, I get the show on Saturday but can't seem to find the place! Can someone help me out? Thanks, Jim.

take the 91 (how you get to it? how would i know?) get off at Gypsum Canyon (under the toll road over pass) and if going towards riverside make a left and if going towards LA its really right infornt of you when you get off. it is on the freeway side of the river so dont go over the bridge. last year it took me for ever to find it! oh and dont take the toll road or you will have to get onto the 91 and then off and get back on going in the other direction because the exit is under the toll road.
