Question 88 F250 front fuel pump has no power

Hey all,
My buddy's 88 F-250 302 isn't getting power @ the front fuel pump. He checked with another buddy who told him it is fed by a resistor wire and not to hot wire it even for testing. This truck ran well, but was parked to fix leaking freeze plugs. Plugs are in, but now this. The $64 question is- what feeds power to the pump? Is there a wiring diagram online somewhere?

Thanks!

The power goes through the tank selector switch and the fuel pump relay.
