A after market ECM for a 5.0

Not sure the 5.0 is out of a truck so the ecm and intake are all wrong!
I found a mustang intake, ECM and wire harness for $50 I will use this set up, and after the engine is running and in place, switch to the BBK 5002 and the Holley Commander 950
BBK 5002 - BBK 5.0L SSI-Series Intake Manifold - JEGS
Holley 950-106 - Holley Commander 950 Engine Management System Kits - JEGS

If you are going to use a 89-93 MAF Mustang set-up, why go with the Holley set-up?
Just use a 70mm MAF and TB with a Professional Products Typhoon intake. Or, do like me and use the 70MM stuff with a 96 Exploerer GT40 style intake. Got all of it on Ebay cheaper than just the SSI manifold.

I thought the gt 40 stuff was hard to find? For now I will go with the mustang intake on the truck 5.0. with a diffrent cam.
Do YOU no if the pistons and heads are the same from a truck to a car?
How about the lower intakes would they be the same?
I wonder if a carb would be more easy, but it would be less cool
