Welcome to FTE josh2j11,

Anything is possible, but it comes with a pricetag.

Here is a start with a transmission adapter.

Ford 429/460

I will get a webpage with a complete breakdown of an SAS

Bronco graveyard can supply everything you need for an SAS, but this will probably be worth more than your truck is worth.
SAS parts can also be found at local salvage yards, ebay, Craigslist, FTE classifieds.

Here is the SAS webpage.

Mr.N's Dana 44 build up

This information is just for starters, if you have more questions please feel free to ask away.

The least expensive option is to fix your front diff.

so the ring gear went thru the cover? did it screw up the carrier and and bearings??? i still have that half but the spindles not in the best shape.

if your wanting to convert to a dana 60 i beleive they make leaf spring conversion kits, but u might have to go with the drag link set up (not 100% sure) for that too. i used my origanal steering and the tie rods are adjusted almost all the way in to have the tires straight. haven't gotten around to getting it aligned.
