Windshield cowling wont stay down.......
Those plastic things up on the windshields where the wipers are by of the F-150's (cowlings) well the driver side always pops up from the other, I push it back down then it comes up later when driving. Iam not talking up like gonna fly off just about 1/4inch up from the other piece. Could I just glue this thing down or what? Thanks Jeff

There have been a few threads about this. I screwed mine together in the center and I also ran a screw down thru the plastic on each half. It has solved the problem. No screws are visible as they are in the inside "ridge" of the cowl underneath the hood. And can be removed if you need to take the cowl off.

I have the same problem. I had it replaced once under warranty and now it is coming back up. Am going to try the dealer again before warranty runs out.

I guess Ford sometimes will replace them, but then over time the new ones may start popping back up too.
I just fixed mine tonight with a screw. Took less than 1 minute from popping the hood, getting a step stool, and zipping in one screw with my cordless drill. Sure beats wasting gas and hours of waiting at the dealer.
here's a pic that someone else posted on another forum to give you a general idea on where to put the screw:
