I have been told its a NP205 by numerous people but from the research I have done (still cant find any pics of a Dana 24 on the internet....) it seems to me that it could be a Dana 24 and not a 205... First it is supposed to be out of a '71 Ford 3/4 ton 4x4(obviously). The date of manu. is stamped on the back side bottom of the case. It is a divorced unit and it doesnt have the 3 bolt cover or the fill or drain plugs in the right place for it to be a 205..at least from what I have researched... Anyway, Can anyone tell me what this is? BTW the ID tag is long gone off this case that is why im asking...
