Just checked the brackets on my F-4, the same as the panel.

Thanks gearhead for the heads up.

Hopefully I saved someone from the hassle I went through when I was finishing up a truck. Removing those rivets with the body and gas tank in the way wasn't fun. I have found it is easier to install the boards by removing the rear most bracket, fitting up board then adding the bracket back on. I am not sure if it is possible to install the boards with the body on, I haven't been able to do it on a couple trucks I have even with new body cushions in place.

OK, I LIED, THEY AREN"T THE SAME, NEVER WERE THE SAME, WILL NEVER BE THE SAME.

You don't have to keep pointing out all the errors, I feel horrible enough as it is.
Please don't humiliate me any more.

Calm down Dick! Everything is alright. Do just as Roger said, everything will better in the morning.

Half the fun of working on these old beasts if finding out something new. They're just like women, just when you think you have them figured out they turn around and come up something different. The only difference is if I don't like it I can take a big hammer and torch to my trucks, the wife fights back
