Navigator Exhaust

anyone have this system (see link) on their Navigator or Expedition?

1997 - 2002 Ford Expedition / Lincoln Navigator 4.6L, 5.4L [17385] - $414.94 : Flowmaster Inc. Exhaust Shop, Love That Sound!

I have owned my Navigator for almost two years now and before it I drove an 2000 Mustang GT with 40 series flowmaster and a catless H pipe and I loved the sound of it! I also had a 1968 ford f250 with 40 Series flowmasters.

I love the sound of flowmasters and I am missing that sound but I do not want a very loud exhaust for an everyday driver and driving on the freeway.

So does anyone have this system? I am not worried about in town driving and the exhaust being loud, I am just worried about an exhaust drone on the freeway on long trips.

If anyone has this system on their navi or ex could you post a video or audio clip of it? Thanks.

I wanted a similar sound but a bit louder. I didnt have the $400 to lay out for a new exhaust so I just replaced the muffler with a flowmaaster 10 series. It sounds great! There is a little bit of drone around 2k on the highway but definitely livable. ma want to look into just replacing the muffler? if you have the $ to get that, then go for it. with purchase of the muffler and had shop install, it was about $150 total. just some food for thought. I can get it for about $300-$340, I thought about having a flowmaster welded in but I like the idea of being able to have the option to bolt the old exhaust back in if I ever have to or dont like the exhaust sound. I know I could jut have the old muffler welded in but I do not want to deal with exaust leaks and having the stock exhaust all cut up.
