Oil change 2012 with ecoboost

been a Dodge Ram man for ever i switched to Ford in 2011 with an xlt 150 in 2012 i bought a xlt 150 with the 3.5 ecoboost. Don't to sound like an idiot i normally take them to the dealer for an oil change can't do them at home for $ 30. bucks. Have to do a quick trip tomorrow thought i do a quick oil change on the truck, holy crap have had the truck for 8 months first time under it, how in the heck do you get to the drain plug and filter. Nothing but shields under there hiding everything. Now i see why i take it back to the dealer for service.
