That's Jim Rose of Rosewood diesel shop. He's the guy with the DIY stage 1's that I put in my truck. And yes, it's an awesome site!

Are the parts he lists on the injector page the same as stage 1's, or 2's or???

none of the above. I am not even sure they are a reality to the public yet. They are similar to a hybrid stage 3 but have higher injection pressures. I don't know a lot about them but I have heard of them discussed before.
