2 Free 1956' Effies-Or, " See my Wood"

And:

Yup, that's right, Free. The wood carver would not take any payment for these as long as I promise him a ride in my 56' when he has time. The shorty was meant to be a cane topper but it is not very comfortable to hold so it will be fine sanded to a shiifter ****. 20 coats of spar should make it nice.
The long flatbed version is very comfortable in my right hand as the "bed" is the handle and the "cab" sticks out from btwn the thumb and index stub of mine. A custom machined cane is being machined soon and will be mounted to the longbed and stained to match. I will keep this stick in the 56' for walkin' the shows/cruises whenever the scootr ain't allowed.
A version is being made to match my 63' Futura Ragtop so I can keep a stick in there too. The carver thinks he can make a "droptop" to fold over to be used as a cane handle, or to make it easy to hold with the "top" down. He will want a ride in that too maybe. Just thought it would be fun and different to have these match the effie, that's all.

Pretty unique Jon. One-off cane handles and an effie to boot!

That's a pretty slick idea! I plan on using a beer-tap handle for a stick shift ****...similar ideas, now I can screw it into a cane stick.

Jon, nice wood! What type of wood is it? I once worked with a fellow that made me a key chain holder that had a 55 f1 that he painted and put my name in fine print for the plate. Its cool but cant find where i put it since i moved? Well anyways sweet carvings!

These look awesome.
A friend also made me a key chain rack with a picture of a yellow 56 F100.
