make your own with plans online. So far we only had to purchase a pump, tank, and some valves. Scavanged everything else. google biodiesel community.

I've been blending my own stuff for over two years. My first suggestion would be that you take a lot of time to do a lot of reading and communicate with people running various fuels; BD/WVO/Blends.

Before you make a $$$ commitment to any process, make sure you have a good supply of veg oil lined up. It has become harder and harder to get in most places. The renderer in my area is now paying restaurants 14 cents/pound. That's over 80 cents per gallon!!!! It only makes sense for the restaurants to sell it to the highest bidder and make some money off of it.
