Ran around town like a chicken wit its head cut off - but I got all the hardware I need for my non-truck project. Also got two stop/turn/tail lights from TSC, those are gonna go on the ends of my rear bumper tomorrow. Still no new tires, the place was supposed to call me and my buddy today if they get them in, my phone is MIA and he hasn't received a call - guess tomorrow I'll just drive over there and see what the situation is.

Managed to break part of the flange off of the tensioner pulley while trying to change out the serpentine belts.

AutoZone had a sale on Mobil 1 Extended performance and M1 EP filter for $36 so I went did me an oil change. Wont need another oil change for 15k miles or 1 year.

Then tightened my steering box up. Wow what a difference.

You go 15k miles on an oil change? I would not go more than 5k personally no matter what oil is in it. Why not at least do it at 10k? I don't buy those extended oil change intervals. Dirt and moisture still get into the crankcase.

How much did you adjust the steering box. I would like to do this to mine, but never did because I was worried about overdoing it.

Yesterday I changed the fuel tank straps on my F-150, today I cleaned the throttle body on my F-250.

Actually I always went 3k on my Mobil 1 synthetic. But now that I bought the EP im going to do it at 10k even though it says guaranteed 15k mile protection.

Most newer cars are saying 15k mile changes and oils are getting better and better.

I turned the screw in all the way and backed it out a half turn.

finally found a shop that could read my codes. said i had OVER 15 codes. he said there was too many and reset it for me and as they start showing to bring them back and he would read them for me. no charge also. my brand new plug wires were fried on the right hand side and were arcing and causing most of my problem.

im kind of worried about that though. what causes your wires get fried? i dont want to put these new wires on here and have one of the other 15 or more problems fry them again. wire sets add up pretty quickly
