My exhaust had no y pipe and its a 92 f150 2wd.. Had some custom bs H pipe there with side dumps before rear diff.. It was a Puerto Rican chopped up pickup when I got it.. But onto oil pan and oil pump.. The motor was rebuilt at one time.. Wouldn't you think you would replace the rotted out oil pan instead of rtv-ing to the block.. That sucker took a hammer and force to get off.. Not even a new oil pump either.. And that was rtv-ed to block too lol.. Once I got that out of the way.. It took 6-7 hours total.. Wasn't too bad.. My 93 bronco took a good 8-9 hours

well drove the truck again to work and enjoyed the drive, however the piece that holds the light in the socket of the housing (the twist piece) broke, and the light socket also broke so my passenger side light is now useless at this time so need to finish the track down of the EGR issue and then fix the lamp issue, then its onto replacing the turn signal bulbs in the front and rear with proper LEDs that should work better...

Someone does it for you they don't have a DIY. I had it done to my jeep and it was beautiful and probably stronger than the metal itself lol.

My speed control woes are fixed! Thank you donor 1997 F-350! The crew cab donor also gave up a pristine opal grey carpet, and the rest of the wiring I needed to make my crew cab have power on all windows! The only drawback is that it's damn near impossible to find the door wiring harness that includes power mirrors. So I'll be giving those up as a trade off for power the rest of the way around

I pulled codes last night. KOEO gave me 111; CM gave me 172. When I checked fuel pressure today it was 34 PSI running at idle; 42 when I pulled the vacuum line off the FPR. Since the PCM did report a problem, and since the inside of the tail pipe isn't sooted up, and since the FPR is in good shape, I suspect the HO2S is worn out.

Tomorrow's mission will be painting the brake drums then installing them, changing the oil, and replacing the HO2S.
