How do you spend your time on FTE?

Do you have a specific forum that you spend most of your time reading & posting? Do you have a couple of favorites? Do you ever look into any of the forums that are dedicated to vehicles that you don't have?

How about Ford vs. The Competition? Garage and Workshop?

Do you look through the General Automotive or General Non-Automotive Forums?

There is so much to look at, I was wondering what it is that interests everyone.

Bill, I have a pretty good idea how you spend your time - BUSY!

I usually check both Nor Cal, and So Cal forums, and I check the Ranger forum. Sometimes I will check the 4x4 forum, or trailer towing forum, but I don't check any forums of other types/years trucks. Used to check the 73-79 forum when I had the camper, but stopped when I lost it.

  1. 6.0
  2. So Cal/Hawaii
  3. Club FTE
  4. General Non-Auto
  5. General Diesel
  6. Super Duty/Heavy Duty
I tried out the Ford vs the comp forum but found waaay to many peeing matches. I changed my 'forum views' in User CP so I only see about 12 forums. I look at General Auto and the Garage/workshop forum about once per week. The Bio-Diesel forum if a recent post has info that trips my trigger.

Edit: Towing forum!

I'm here to learn about my particular truck, and diesel in general. And to help others when I can. But I'm not really a truck "enthusiast". beyond my particular model. I hope that doesn't get me banned.

So I frequent Superduty, 6.0L, General Diesel, Towing, and check the so cal chapter at least daily. Sometimes the '09 F150 because I might want to own one again and want to know where Ford is taking us.

We even own an Escape, but it has been so trouble free that I almost never read that forum.

LOL You won't get banned for that, and there's a lotta gun nuts here too, including myself, who's just above you in the hills of HH.

Um... I check most places on FTE

The majority of my time would be spent in the F vs. C forum, New Buyer forum, Chapter Leaders forum, Intro forum (welcoming users), and probably at the moment the off-road forum.
I also like to check out the Club FTE, General and General Auto forums pretty regularly.

Other forums I try to visit when I have some spare time is the 6.4 forums (curious to see any issues etc. with it) and the garage and workshop forum (I love tools!)

Lately I run through general, general auto, MY CHAPTER, and NEW POSTS.
There are some "Project Threads" I follow closely, because I have a few irons in the fire that I hope are successes. The photo contests, obviously. I can't stop doing that!!!

I said once, and I meant every word: I will continue to do the picture contests until they are considered regular expected events at FTE. Someone must....

I guess it's my other job.

Every so often a spin-off happens that I follow. Things that fascinate me - stuff like that happens often here. Alternative fuels and brand new cool stuff!

And anytime I can help, I hope to be RIGHT THERE.
