OT - Battery chargers, mine's finally dead
#31
Bobby.... If I was buying, I'd buy a hand carry Schumacher... they are hard to beat and hard to kill
and I'd also stay away from the 'smart' chargers that do all the analysis before they charge... a really dead battery (that can be revived) will tell you it has an internal short or something and the charger will not charge it... the old style are too dumb to know it won't charge and just charge it anyway...

(sorry, got sidetracked)
Here's a pic of my old Christie. Since I got it working I gues I don't need to go out and buy anything new.
And here's a shot of my old Sun VAT-28 load tester, and my little Marquette load tester.
