Go with the mishimoto, you won't regret it. I installed one in my '08 this summer. Easy install, did it all in about 4 hours in the garage by myself.

Truck had about 80,000 on it when it decided to start leaking, not terrible but noticeable. The '08 f550 I drove for work started leaking at 235,000 so it is possible for them to hold for a long while.

There are thousands of radiators failing in the 2008-2010 F250-350. I'm going on my 5th in 2 1/2 years. I blew it 3 times after towing my 23' boat, and twice just driving up the mountain to go snowboarding.
Ford told me there is no recall because it is not a safety issue. If I am towing my horses and get stranded on the side of the road, that is a safety issue.

How are you liking the Moshimoto? I've replaced my radiator 4 times in 2 1/2 years with OEM and it blew again last week. Found the Moshimoto online and told my mechanic about it. I think we are gonna go with it. Lifetime warranty!!!

Very true! The 6.4L has a serious problem with frequent radiator failure. We have identified that this concern is directly related to chassis flex and its transfer to the radiator. During these flex situations the end tanks will frequently separate from the core, causing the leaking issues that have become quite common.

Our aluminum radiator has solved this issue for a huge percentage of our customers. A few customers have continued to experience radiator failure even after switching to our product. We are working on a few new radiator prototypes which work to further isolate the radiator, protecting it from chassis flex. We should have an update on this prototype design very soon!

Thanks! Let us know if we can answer any specific questions about our radiator.
