Cool fix a problem, gain another problem!!!!

i didn't even make it one day of having my truck fixed yesterday. i fixed my alternator problem yesterday and then on my way home i have MORE clutch problems. this truck has had TONS of clutch issues, but this is one it's never had b4 so i don't know wut to do about it. metal mounting bracket that the clutch swing arm mounting bolt goes through, welllll it cracked!!!!!!! now when i push in the clutch the metal gives and isn't letting the swing arm move the way it's supposed to resulting in no clutch. how should i fix this thing? this is a problem i've never heard of before, would this be caused by tightening the clutch swing arm too tight???? any suggestions will be very greatly appreciated. thanks guys
