how exactly do you adjust the floats on a holley 4160 600 cfm? when you go up a hill at about 45 or on the highway at about 55 it acts like it is running out of gas. has plenty of fuel pressure at the carb inlet. thought floats were too low. also the air bleed screws are turned all the way in. i know how to adjust idle mixture just never done the floats

 

Just blow the sight hole at an idle.
