Propane fuel injection system for 434??

OK, now with the price of gas nearing $4.00 and with not wanting to go to diesel, I am interested in propane. The cost is less and now that Roush has a dedicated propane truck that has the same tq and hp, why not?? But I can't seem to find alot of info on specific building techniques for propane. How about some imput from people in the know??? Maybe Tim Meyer has some info/ imput on this. I do NOT want the old carb systems as this is old technology. Using the injection systems, I cannot find a "stand alone" systems that does not use Crown Vic electronics. Since our trucks with 351M/C/400 do not have fuel injection (except limited systems like Mass-flo which utilize older mustang computers, injectors, etc. ), the choices are limited. I listed this on the "335" series as nothing is specific on the other aternative fuel forum and this is the series of engine that I want to do this with. Maybe a profile project with Tim and a 434 would be in order?!?!? And an alternative to the Roush truck.

G'day Craig
You could have a look at Profire.com.au
The R.A.G.E F350 in the blurb is the old one, the "Tow car" has 700HP and they are building a race twin turbo 1200HP+ version.
I will probably run this system on my 393C (about 450HP) work ute.
LPG/Propane is very popular in Australia so there is quite a lot of development happening here.

Hope this helps
Mike
