I know without a doubt that my 99 got better mileage than my 07. The only difference is the 99 was a SC and the 07 is a CC.
I could easily see high 13's pulling my boat with the 99. Same trip with the 07 I have yet to break 12.
Love the extra power and the 5 speed though.

Amazed and Awstruck over Milage!
I did a highway test trip today for milage. Against the wind, 8.5 mpg and then the 100 miles back.....
9.997!!!!!! Woo Hoo!!!!!!!
I will need to keep track, however, I am overjoyed. 5:38s and 40"ers on my truck is an equivalant 4:70 stock.
The banks chip and headers did have an effect.
