Don't confuse me with the facts!

I refuse to believe an ugly 54 is more valuable than a beautiful 56 in comparable condition...

I passed the info on. HE would really like to KEEP the 54 grill but does not have one. He has everything else to do the 54 grill. He said he has headlight buckets and the other bits and pc's. He was thinkin 56 Grill and got a deal on a fiberglass one but still needs all the other pc's to go with it.

Anybody have any leads on a Good 54 grill.

thanks for all the help

These poor misguided fellows just don't appreciated the obvious. The beauty of the one of a kind 54 grill is dear to the heart of many of us who want to express our individualism. (And can't find an other grill).

You are so right. Me I have had or still do. A 62 Rambler, CJ-8 scrambler not a CJ-7 like everybody else, 85/86 Mercury Capri's not Mustangs and others. Where Dave my buddy with the 54 Ford , he too has had many not so common cars and trucks. And this Ford is going to be the same. it's a 4X4 with 35 inch tires and a long bed. We always run into 2wheel drive short beds and dropped

As a full time arbiter of aesthetics, good taste and cool, please let me assure you that putting a '56 grille on a '54 is a bad move. You reduce the cool factor by mixing the slant window cab with the "princess" 56 grille.

Sure... '56's are beautiful. So are princesses. '54's are cool. Who says their grilles have to be pretty?

'54 grilled, himmelberg

I have to agree that's a nice truck. But, I noticed that the angle of the picture shows very little of the grille...which is a good thing!

Well, I personall think the 54 is a grand looking tuck. I think the 56 is pathetic. But that my opinion. There is nothing wrong with the looks of any old truck, no matter what brand, model, year, etc., etc.

There are a lot of grand looking trucks...most of them FORDS! However, you are in a minority if you think the 56 is pathetic...
