Start by pulling the codes.. find and ground the single wire attached to the EEC Test plug harness under the hood(for all years except the '96 F150), and write down the sequences as they flash on the check engine light after you turn the ignition on.
The EEC connects the injectors to ground, and the other "leg" of the injectors should be given "hot" at all times the key is in the "run" or "start" positions. Check fuse, fuse link, EEC relay, and things of that nature.
Injectors not firing *should* give a code but unfortunately that's not always the case depending what is wrong. I would start by checking for voltage on the injector connectors, looking for 12-14V on one wire (with the injector connector unplugged) and see what you get and troubleshoot from there.
We'll need more information then. If the motor has never run since the MAF conversion then no.. there will be no codes. What year are we talking? What motor? Did it run before the swap? As much background as you can think of...
