New owner of a 2008 Expy Limited

Hi everyone. Just a quick question for you. I recently sold my 2005 BMW M3 and a 2006 Lancer Evolution MR and purchased an 08 Expedition for my family. Second child is on the way, so the toys had to go.

Anyway, my 08 Limited is fully loaded except for no rear backup camera and load leveling suspension. Just out of curiosity, would it have been wise to get the air suspension option? I don't tow anything (yet), and don't really haul heavy loads around, so I opted for something I knew was mechanically more sound and less prone to problems. But now I'm beginning to doubt myself, and wondered if I should have opted for the air suspension?

What are your thoughts - would it have been worth it?

Heck no. The Load Leveling is more for towing IMO. You won't miss it at all. And your right, shocks vs. air bags is a no brainer for me.

Thanks for the quick reply. I thought as much; usually the more complex a system becomes, more problems are expected to arise. Anyway, I only thought it may have been something I would have needed if I decided to buy a boat or tow heavy loads... and I've always wanted a boat.
