Very well....since I'm one of the newbies, I will ask for the rest of the gaggle for those of us that are uninformed.......who the heck is George? And why is George a "she"?

That, notwithstanding, Happy Birthday George!......who, and whatever you may be.

 

Well, George is my daughter, aka, BabyBunny!!! Yup!! I named my daughter George!!

 

Alllllllllllllrighty then......confusion dissipated.

Just curious....has the choice in her name ever caused some discontentment between you two? The reason I ask, is that Johnny Cash pointed out that a Boy Named Sue had a bit of a bumpy ride, I just figured it could go the other way.

 

No, her name fits her and she likes it!! Good thing!!! Ha! Ha!! Ha!!! There was confusion when my kids were young, we called our son Nicky and of course we had George, so people always called him George and her Nicky. Boy, did he get pissed!! Ha! Ha!!!

 

Growing up my kid sister's nickname was George. It was the country girl in her and always liking to keep her hair short.

 

Oh, geez...sorry for being rude and forgetting...but, Happy Birthday to your George!

 

George loves her name, I am the one that hates it for me, that is why I use my middle name...lol

Hmmmmm........based upon the foregoing, one might surmise the reasoning behind Snowbunny's choice in names for his daughter.....Shrewd character, he is.

It's amazing the odd pieces of flotsam that run around in my noggin.

(I had to go back and fix it because I didn't know this site was censored.....one can extrapolate the actual term for "dumb-butted", I think.)

 

Ahem!!! He would be a SHE!!! But as you are new,,, I will let it go!! I know that the gender vs names in our family just don't make any sense to newcomers!!! Ha! Ha!! Ha!!!

 

Does that mean she can buy a pack of smokes and a Playboy (or Playgirl)

 

Give her time, give her time. Shell lose her brain like most of us do at that age and hopefully find it quick befor there's real damage. I wish I had then these old bones wouldn't hurt so much in the morning.
