460 EGR Elbow in Header

I spoke with the Ford Dealership and they quoted me over $100.00 for the little elbow. He was nice enough to tell me exactly what is was though, a 90 degree elbow with a 3/4" NPT thread on one end (the end that screws into the header) and a 19.0 flare on the other (the end which connects to the EGR tube).
Does anyone know what the 19.0 Flare would relate to? If it was similar to a AN fitting or SAE flare, I could look for some plumbing elsewhere? Ideas?

Since I have had no luck finding information on replacing the elbow coming from the manifold, besides paying for $132 for it. I thought about running a tube from the EGR valve to the air box? Will this work or does the intake rely on the the forced exhaust to add to the CFM of the intake? WHat about the exhaust temperature, is that necessary to properly operate the EGR valve?

Try another dealer. Mine did the same thing. I called my dealer and he said a $100 dollers for the fitting. He said that was the suggested price from Ford. He looked to see what they had in it and he let me have it for $65 plus tax. It was in stock. Might be defferent if they had to order.

N801906S51 .. Fitting
MSRP: $100.00 / ftepartsguy.com price: $60.00
btw: The above part number is for an F Series truck.
Econolines have one in the same location, but the part number is NOT the same!

I see you are in Cincinnati, are you familiar with Green Sales?
Green sells Ford obsolete parts, and while this part is NOT obsolete, they have TWO of them.

Reviving a very old thread here because I'm searching for the same part. After speaking with the parts desk at my local Ford dealer, he's calling for a straight fitting and an erg tube that makes a 90 degree turn up. Part numbers: 9J470 fitting and 9D477 EGR pipe.
Is it possible that Ford made that funky fitting N801906S51 obsolete and replaced it with the parts mentioned above?
FYI: I'm replacing the heads on my 96 F350 with 7.5 motor which is why I need this stuff.

Called a different Ford dealer parts desk and got a different answer from them. They say they've got a 90 degree fitting which is the one I believe you guys are referencing above. It's the magical $117 fitting. What a joke!!!
Anyway, I'm taking a close look at my fitting and it is certainly more than a 90 degree angle. Here are a couple pics.
I'm worried I'm going to buy this damn expensive fitting and it's not going to fit my EGR tube.
Have any of you seen the same fitting that I have pictured above? Does anyone have a picture of the $117 fitting part number N801906S51 ???
Here's a screenshot of the parts diagram I'm getting on foreparts.com. It shows a straight fitting... WTF!!

Does your area require emissions testing?
If not, plug that dang thing and buy or make yourself a block off plate for the side of the upper intake "horn."
If so, that is a goofy fitting that I never considered replacing when I put on my headers. You will be better off trying to find a NOS fitting at dealer cost.
