Replacement for Motorcraft 2150 on a stock 400?
Hi all,
Need to replace my Motorcraft 2150 carb on my '77 400, the old one is just wore out. I'm looking for good fuel economy, moderate get-up-and-go, and not too much fussing around with it (I'm kindof new at this). After reading various posts, I think I should stick to a 2bbl. AutoZone has no Motorcrafts, but a Holley replacement. Should I hold out for a Mc? Engine has ~45k according to PO, and is prolly all stock (nothing obvious).
Thanks for any input.
