The 460 was swapped in, no F100/350 had a 460 till 1973.
It was prolly a 240 or 300 6 originally. The hood emblem pictured was used for a 6 cylinder (1965/66). 1965/66 352's have a V8 emblem.

It has a dead 460 with a I6 hood badge, so what. The truck has been painted so the hood may have been swapped too.
