tranny problems again

tranny problems again
back before christmas my trans was acting up it would shift fine from a take off but when i let off it and get back on the throttle again it act like it didn't know what to do rpm's going up and down and just not acting right dealer found a code 3rd gear incorrect ratio he said i needed a new trans so i took it to aamco for a rebuild he had a good price and i though they would be ok for a rebuild but after about 1500 miles it's doing the same thing im going to have to take it back this week but i was wondering if anybody seen this problem before , i just like to know a little bit more before i go talk to them im getting really tired of dealing with tranny problems thanks for any help
