I got cut off, and I swerved to avoid hitting the truck that cut me off, and I hit a mini van instead... The f*&^ing driving of the mini van, said to me at the accident. Geeze did that guy in the transit truck cut you off... then he told ICBC that I was speeding, and the transit truck was a full 2 mins ahead of me... f*&^ing people....
****ty deal... At least there still seems to be a fair bit of work around. Still think private ins. would be better. Even if it was more at least you'd get proper representation when needed.
Sorry to hear that man.
Any word from b.c. ferrie's?
Nope... Oh well, they pay good, but the work is kinda hap-hazard...

Even with private insurance, you still have to get your base through IckyBicky. My insurance goes from $1600 p/year to $2500. p/year (for 3 years) unless I can pay off the $3000. before Sept. 08.
You guys aint seen the trucks for 1800-got-junk before??
I call the Richard on Weds to setup a time to go out with em for a day "preview" of the job on Thursday. If they like me, and I like them. Then I'll probably start on Friday .. I will be working a 4 day week. 2 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 2 days off.
