i accidently thru out thr front x member on my 51 f1, now i remember it holds the front clip on.

can someone strate edge the bottom of the frame to the top of the mount for the front clip with a dimmension please so

If it's the same as a '48 F1, you're in luck as I have one looking for a home, I'll torch the excess frame rails off for 10 bucks + shipping.

ive boxed my frame so the stock will not work anymore, ill be making one

I assume you are looking for the height at which the front clip sits on the crossmember?

correct.
if u use a straight edge along the bottom of the frame and measure up to the mounting location.
