Question no power to fuel pump

need help, we can not get power to our fuel pump on a 00 PSD. So far we can run hot wire and it runs just wont come on with the key at all. I have changed relay and fuse is good, fuel cut off switch on right side kick panel has been checked also, can those go bad? I have to be missing something but what else is there that controls these pumps???

Welcome to FTE.

It sounds like fuses, relays and chaffed or shorted wires is where you should be looking. Are there any other symptoms or problems your having. What happened to cause this problem?

Maybe the attached info will help a little.

Check the inertia switch in the passenger's side kick panel. It's rare but they have been known to go bad. A voltmeter would be handy to troubleshoot where you are loosing the voltage.

Yes, or even a simple test light. Start tracing forward until you find where the voltage begins and you've found the problem.

from what i can see the owners manual does not designate which one is the actual fuel pump relay, we have switched them all out, does anyone know which one is the actual relay???

Don't overlook the fact that with KOEO you only have power to pump for 20 seconds.

I'm getting code PO231-Fuel pump relay driver failed on-was not detected on the fuel pump monitor circut when the fuel pump was commanded on.
Do you know where the FPM circut would be or have a schematic???

Here's the test list for the 0231. I'll see if I can dig up another schematic that will help more.

Here is the pinout for PCM. Test points on Fuel Pump PDF seem to match up with pin numbers on PCM. Hope this helps.
