How many miles do you have on your Expy?

173,xxx as of today.
This has been my "company car" and all-around great utility/tow vehicle for nearly 10 years - it is retiring from our service and will be up for sale next week.
I could not possibly say enough good things about the reliability, durability, and overall capability of this truck
(hard to figure that no-one has posted in this thread for over 2 years?)

I originally posted in this thread at post #48 about the (then) mileage on the '97. Our oldest son started driving the '97 when the wife got another one, a '06. The son finally totaled the '97 when it had 378,xxx miles on it. Still ran like a clock when a guy saw it sitting in the yard and asked if I'd be willing to swap it for an '87 F150 4x4. I jumped at the offer. The guy that got it did some frame straightening and added some new sheet metal and still drives it. I saw it the other day in town. Next time I see the new owner, I'll get an update on the mileage.
The '06 we got is now in possession of the eldest son. It ought to be in the neighborhood of 280 - 300,000 by now. He'll be home this week and I'll get the numbers to post.
I really believe the '97 was the better of the two. Normal wear and regular pm stuff is all I ever had to spend on it. The '06 seemed to nickel and dime me a bunch more than the '97. Hard to believe the first year of Expo's turned out to be the most reliable. I'm used to the first year in a new line of vehicles having a lot of "bugs" that future generations finally get worked out.
