Anyone in here know how difficult it is to change a 64 from manual to Power steering. I have no Idea how I am going to do it or what parts I'll need to do it. To be honest I didn't think it was possible. I know I am getting bigger arms from steering but I have my eye on a crome Steering Column from LMC (I know, I know, not a sponsor but they have some nice stuff and the price seems pretty good for most of it). Anyone can let me know please do.

 

Try the forum for your truck.
If they still used the fore-and-aft drag link, you might be able to upgrade with a 70's F250 4x4 power steering box, since they used a fore-and-aft drag link arrangement. Not sure if it works in the right direction for yours, though.
Otherwise, a regular power steering box could be made to work with some custom linkage. I'll have one coming up in the surplus/sale pile shortly.
