Hello everyone! I just recently aquired this truck from a relative, and am thinking about restoring it. It is not currently running but all it needs is a carburetor, new belts, and sparkplug wires. The intake caught fire when the carburetor spit gas...or at least thats what I was told. The engine is still good, it just needs a little love, also the body is on great shape considering how long it's been sitting...now the biggest question on my mind that I was wondering if yall could help me with is, Is this truck worth a pretty good bit fully restored? Or am I wasing my time. The truck will be beautiful when I get done, but before I started I just wanted to get some input from the pros. Thank you all for your time.
$32000, after he's put what sounds like $64000 in labor into it. Don't say if he sold it. I'd be at my Ford dealer for one with a warranty for that price...
But again, more than I thought....

This 32 grand truck is not a Custom Cab, it's a Regular Cab.
There are no windshield reveal stainless mouldings, there's just the plain interior door panels, there's no full horn ring, no wheel opening mouldings.
There were no 5 speed manual transmissions offered for any F100/350 till the mid 1980's. The seller must be counting the reverse gear.
Oh I'm sorry i didn't mean it like that. I was just asking if push came to shove and i had to sell it could I get a pretty good price for it. I love this truck and have no deliberate plans to part with it. Thanks for the answers guys! I appreciate it.

So I should call my broker, have him buy back those stocks, and call off the PI I have trying to contact the seller?
