98 explorer sport shaking violently

98 explorer sport shaking violently
Today i changed my lower ball joints and one hub. On the way home my truck started shaking violently. I slowed down and it went away.. so i sped up to 120 km and it was smooth, then it started shaking again... it was fine before the work was done to it.. .any one have any idea's what the problem could be?
