Tell him to fill up with it.

Not sure what's in that link, but I know it's not even worth to open it. Here's one similar thread: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/4...r-as-fuel.html

H2O powering anything but a hydroelectric generation plant that then charges an
electric car is the only way we will be driving "powered with water" But H2O2 is
a possibility if it wasn't so dangerous at the purity needed to be used as a fuel!!
Yes hydrogen peroxide it is a viable alternative But the majority of the H202 that
is produced is used for spaceflight and that isn't going to change anytime soon.
The H2O2 you have in you medicine cabinet is only 3% and you can see it's reactivity
with contact on just skin. If a higher percentage was used and with a cataqlyst we
could have turbines powered by it by just the liberation of the components, then
take the O2 and the hydrogen and combine that with some fuel (alcohol, kerosene
just about anything) and use it to fuel a internal com bustion engine in a Hybrid
type vehicle basically the turbine spinning a generator to charge up some capacitors
and battery banks then power a electric motor transaxle with the engine as a backup.
