Rear lower control arm/Toe link 02' Explorer
Well, after having the Dealer replace the left rear wheel bearing and they also replaced the right rear again for free (supposedly cause it was bad after only 8 mos) I brought vehicle home and checked the right rear myself.I found the toe link is bad!!!Some may call it the lower control arm.I can't believe the dealership did not see this or the mechainc thought the 8 month old bearing was bad and it was really the toe link.I have tried to find this locally adn no parts dealers carry this or can get it.They told me to go to dealer or salvage yard.Anyone ever replace one of these.Seems like a simple replacement and maybe a rear wheel alignment.thanks

Theres no way for me to know that for sure.I took the car there due to the left bearing being shot.I never checked the right side due to the fact the right side was done 8 mos. ago.The mechanic said he did not like the way the right side felt and told the service manger it needed a bearing also.I was in disbelief the right bearing would be bad already. They said they would replace it for free since it was only 8 mos. old.I should have had them take me out to the shop and show me.
