Vaca-what? What's THAT word mean?

Seems like the only candles I get any more have wicks on both ends. LOL

I need to schedule a week off fairly soon, probably in early April, but until then there's no rest for the weary.

Hey guys... I am grateful to each one of YOU guys... every one of you have been great to work with, and your feedback is very encouraging for both me and my daughter, who does all the sewing.

I have not put mine on yet, Have not been driving my truck on account of a starting issue. F250 hooked me up with a sharp cover for my 6637 (fast and friendly). I still can not wait to put it on.

F250_ Thats a very nice cover for that filter!!

I am wanting to do this mod myself but I have a few questions...

1. Is that a NAPA 6637 filter?

2. Shoudl you still do the ZooDAD mod if you do this mod or is it not necessary?

3. Can this mod be done on a 6.0 as well?

Thanks,

JB

1. Yes, and I think you can find it at fleet filter. Wix# 46637

2. Can if ya want to. It might not be necessary, but it's free.

On Question No.3... the 6.0L engine came with a much higher quality filter than the 7.3 in its stock format. High flowing and excellent filtration efficiency, using the Donaldson Powercore technology. I haven't heard of anyone changing it out for the 6637, and not sur eif anyone does the zoodad mod on the 6.0L engine, either.

I guess the 6637 could be put on the 6.0, but like I said, I don't think anyone has moved in that direction because of the quality of what they got stock, which certainly was NOT the situation for the 7.3... hence the popularity of the mod.
