Question about possible trade

Would it be dumb to trade my truck with 31k miles for a 06 FX4 with a Rousch Supercharger and 88k miles. His asking price is right about what I could probably get for mine in a private party sale. See my sig for my truck.

The reason I even came up with this idea is because I was on a job site Friday and it was a bit muddy but nothing serious. Anyways, my 2wd could barely make it out. It was flat ground also.

Well i wouldnt consider it dumb but it really its your decision and your money i dont know what i would do if i was in your shoes though thats a tough one

Sounds like there's a serious case of want here as opposed to need...the Rousch is intriguing...but the mileage is scary...you can expect some reliability/repair issues.

Yeah, I get car fever pretty easily. LOL In reality I got out on about a minute so it wasn't that big of a deal.

I'm actually detailing my interior right now to make me feel better. Usually a shiny dash and steering wheel and clean carpets make everything better.

Unless your just dying for that supercharger I wouldn't. I would wind up being more worreid about breaking down unstead of getting stuck if I did a deal like that. I would go older 4X4 for less or comperable miles without the supercharger, but not with more miles.

My concern would by 88k miles in two years. That's a lot of miles really quick.
