Nope, I dont have one, but I can offer some advice. First can you weld? If yes, then you can just cut alot of small pieces of metal and put them in one at a time. Cut patterns out of paper to make templates. If you'll look in my gallery at the "before" pic of Pegysu, you can barely make out that from one side to the other of my above roof area was GONE. I made mine just the way I'm tellin you how to do it. You probably wont find anyone on here willing to part with a good roof cut? Having said all that, WELCOME aboard!! This is kind of like the Henry Ford clinic! We're all kind of a bunch of misfits here, but some of these guys know what they're talking about. We got electrical gurus, frame and suspension guru's engine gurus and I guess I'm kind of the upholstery guy? Again welcome aboard!! I love this place!!

I am in Salisbury 30 minutes away from dennis carpenters store. I may have to patch my roof like truxx1956 said. I thought of that but I wanted to get out the easiest way posible. I too beleive that if its worth doing its worth doing right instead of filling rust holes with fiberglass or filler only to show back up soon after paint. Thanks for the help guys.

It will take as much or more skill to replace the roof panel as to patch it. You'd be much further ahead if you got that good cab, solid sheet metal is so much better to start with, but if you really need help with the body work, I am in Durham. How bad is it? What about the lower cab corners and floor, under the windshield gasket along the bottom edge. If you have roof rust you likely have more elsewhere. Put up a gallery so we can see what you have to work with.
