As a matter of fact I just sat next to him last month at the Pacific North West 4x4 region 2 meeting. This will give us something to talk about at the next meeting if I don't call him first.

When studying the effects of negative experiences, it has been noted that a person will relay their negative experience to about 12 people. Conversely, a positive experience will not be relayed unless it was exceptional, and that would be relayed to about 3 people.

You are correct Marty...I came up with that earlier post because I was a General Manger with BK...A person tells 12, and they tell more people...Start multiplying by an average ticket price of 5-7 dollars per person and it adds up.

Benz...ask that person to contact corporate to see if they feel the same! It may be a franchise restaurant in Yelm, but they do answer to the corporation, and I am sure the owner of the store would not feel the same.
