77 350 plastic rear tank

Help!
77 F350 Custom has a plastic rear gas tank (about 15 x 15 x24). Metal skid plate on bottom.
Sender in the middle on the front side, fill tub middle rear side.
I think the part number is D3TZ9002V. Can't find one.
Tank leaking at the filler to tank connection.
Any suggestions besides JB Weld?
Thanks, Tom

Check out the site sponsors first - if no luck, try auto-gas-tanks.com. Have you already dropped the tank to inspect it? Some plastic tanks utilize an o-ring at the neck connection and might be all that has failed.

IRC, those tanks are the same as the 2WD crewcab tank, and are extinct in the aftermarket. Local junkyards are the only suggestion I have, assuming yours is not repairable.

I've got two 79 F350s with that same tank. The other day I had a truck here at work up on the lift. It was a 94 F350 4wd cab/chassis with a dump body and it had what looked from underneath to be the same tank/skid plate arrangement. I didn't look at the filler neck arrangement so I can't be sure of that but the skid plate sure looked familiar.
