The only time it changes is when I've got a heavy load in it, then it goes up to 12/city, 14/hwy.
Perhaps you should haul all the time? Lol

I've considered it, lol! I have a relatively short commute, so it doesn't really break my heart getting that kind of mileage. I've had the truck for about 4 years, and have only put 40k on it. I don't drive a huge amount...

1996 F250 with a 5.8, 4x4, auto, reg cab long box. 140k km (~85k miles) on the clock.

Getting 10.5 mpg with a mix of mostly city driving and some highway driving.

1994 f150 4X4 SC LB, 5.8 E40D 3.55 and 31's. Overall combined mileage for 2014 was 11.8. That included city, highway, hunting/camping (in 4X4 a lot) etc. I also leave the hubs locked in during the winter as I need 4X4 a lot up here on the ski hill, so lots of four wheeling.
