biocide as preventitive maintnence

should i run a biocide just for prevention? i run power service( white bottle) year round 8 oz per tank, and in the summer i additionally run powerservice( gray bottle) slick diesel and the white bottle,

I believe the white bottle already has a biocide in it.

I use Power Service Bio Kleen (http://www.powerservice.com/bk/) every third to fourth tank. It's good insurance for little cost. We had algae in a farm tank cost us several thousand dollars in repairs on tractors before, so I use it.
