HELP!! Anyone have experience swapping a ZF 5-speed into a '79?

Here's the story - I have the opportunity to pick up a transmission and married transfer case, slave cylinder, front and rear driveshafts, flywheel, and clutch junk from a '96 F250 that had a 460. Right now I have a '79 F250 that had a 460, C6 and NP205 in it, but the whole drivetrain is out due to death of the C6 and long overdue need of rebuild for the 460. If anyone has any experience with this kind of swap, my two questions are 1) what else will I need besides the clutch master cylinder, pedal assembly, and steering column from a manual pickup (I don't want to just unhook the column shift lever), and 2) what kind of modifications should I expect to make, ie. modifying or relocating the crossmember, modifying the driveshafts, floorpan, tranny tunnel, etc?
Thanks in advance for all helpful input!!!!

Matt

I've also done the swap, I have a bunch of pictures in my gallery. If you search under my screen name, I had a write up going on my swap. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
