How long to keep diesel engine heater plugged in?
I have a 2006 F-250 6.0 liter diesel supercab that I don't drive daily. Since I live in Iowa where it can be 20 degrees during the day and 7 below at night I was wondering if keeping the engine heater plugged in 24hrs a day will hurt the engine?
