2001 5.4 triton 4x4 Larriat. Here is my situation. Just fixed 4 Blown plugs, The rest of the plugs where changed and torqued. Cold Weather 29 F, I was on the parkway accellerating to 60 MPH and all of a sudden I lost power and got a check engine light. The light flased for about 1 - 2 minutes, I had no power during the episode and then it stopped. I then drove it home for another 5 mins driving easy and it was fine. So What now? If I start it, Will I blow another plug?
ANy Ideas, The truck has 91K and is in decent shape.

The flashing CEL means something is going on in the engine that will cause serious engine damage. Usually flashes for a misfire. You might check all your coil connectors and make sure they're plugged in. What brand did you replace the four coils with?
